Pulled Pork


Pork Shoulder cooked slowly in the BBQ with Hickory until tender and falls apart. Served with Memphis BBQ Sauce. Ideal served with slider buns and slaw.


400 grams packed for freezer in foil tray. Includes Sachet of Memphis BBQ Sauce. For reheating, remove the brisket from the foil tray, snip the plastic bag and microwave. Microwave the sauce sachet until just melted (do not heat too much). For convection oven, remove the pulled pork from the plastic bag and place back into the foil tray; splash 1 TBS of fresh drinking water on the pulled pork, cover with foil and cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Microwave the sauce as above and pour over the Pulled Pork. Enjoy!
