Australian Beef Brisket


Australian Beef Brisket slow cooked on the BBQ with imported Hickory for 12-18 hours. Packed with House Texas BBQ Sauce.


400 grams packed for freezer in foil tray. Includes Sachet of Texas BBQ Sauce. For reheating, remove the brisket from the foil tray, snip the plastic bag and microwave. Microwave the sauce sachet until just melted (do not heat too much). For convection oven, remove the brisket from the plastic bag and place back into the foil tray; cover with foil and cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Microwave the sauce as above and pour over the Brisket. Enjoy!
